1General Terms & Introduction
Megaparis (www.megaparis.app) is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") serve as a legally binding agreement between Megaparis and its users.
By accessing our platform, creating an account, placing bets, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you object to any of these terms, please refrain from using Megaparis.
Language of Terms
These terms are provided in Bengali for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. In the event of any conflict between the Bengali and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
2Account Registration & Eligibility
To create an account on Megaparis, you must meet the following requirements:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age.
- Validity: Online betting is not legally prohibited in your jurisdiction.
- One Account Policy: Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
- Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information will result in account termination.
- On Your Own Behalf: The account must be registered in your own name. Managing an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
Megaparis reserves the right to decline any registration without providing a reason. If a terms violation is found after registration, Megaparis retains the full right to close the account.
3Age Verification & Identity Confirmation
Megaparis strictly enforces an 18+ policy. You may be required to verify your identity in order to use the platform.
- KYC Verification: For large withdrawals, you may be asked to submit a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification.
- Address Verification: In some cases, proof of current address may also be required.
- Payment Verification: The mobile banking account used must be registered in your name.
- Verification Delay: Megaparis reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until verification is complete.
Minor Protection
If Megaparis becomes aware that an account has been created by someone under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately and all associated transactions will be voided.
4Account Security & Responsibility
Keeping your Megaparis account secure is primarily your own responsibility.
- Password Confidentiality: Never share your login credentials with anyone. Megaparis will never ask for your password or OTP.
- Unauthorized Access: If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
- Third-Party Use: Megaparis is not liable for any activity carried out by a third party using your account.
- Two-Factor Verification: It is recommended to keep 2FA enabled for enhanced account security.
5Deposit Policy
Please keep the following conditions in mind when making a deposit on Megaparis:
- Minimum Deposit: ৳100 (one hundred taka).
- Own Account: Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
- Accepted Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved methods. Deposits via third parties are strictly prohibited.
- Processing Time: Usually instant. If delayed, contact support if your account has not been credited within 30 minutes.
- Refund: Deposits are non-refundable except through a valid withdrawal.
Megaparis strictly adheres to its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. Unusual transactions may be subject to additional verification, and processing may be temporarily placed on hold.
6Withdrawal Policy
To withdraw your winnings, you must follow Megaparis's withdrawal policy:
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred taka).
- Same method: Withdrawals must generally be made through the same method used for the original deposit.
- Processing Time: Typically 15–30 minutes, up to 2 hours maximum. Larger amounts may take up to 24 hours.
- Verification Requirements: Large withdrawal amounts may be withheld until KYC verification is complete.
- Bonus Balance: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
Withdrawal Rejection
Megaparis reserves the right to reject a withdrawal if there is a breach of terms, incorrect information, or suspicion of fraud. In such cases, a decision will be communicated once the investigation is complete.
7Bonus & Promotion Terms
Megaparis offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following conditions apply to be eligible for these benefits:
- Wagering Requirements: Each bonus has a specified wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x). Once you have wagered the bonus amount multiplied by that figure, the bonus will be converted into real money.
- Validity Period: Bonuses must generally be used within 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the expiry period has passed.
- Maximum Bet Limit: The maximum bet from bonus balance is ৳500 per bet (may vary by promotion).
- One Bonus, One Use: The same bonus cannot be used more than once.
- Withdrawal Restrictions: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly before the wagering requirements are met.
- Right to Modify: Megaparis reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus terms at any time.
8Betting Rules & Outcomes
The following rules apply to all betting activity on Megaparis:
- Bet Acceptance: Once a bet is confirmed as complete, it is considered final.
- Odds Change: All bets are settled at the odds available at the time the bet was placed. Any subsequent changes to odds will not affect existing bets.
- Match Cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake will be refunded.
- Result Dispute: In the event of a result dispute, Megaparis's decision is final.
- Technical Error: Megaparis accepts no liability for bets that fail to process due to server or network issues.
- Maximum Win Limit: A maximum win cap per single bet may apply, depending on the promotion or event.
9Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Megaparis platform:
- Match Fixing: Any attempt to influence or manipulate the outcome of a match.
- Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
- Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit bonuses through artificial or fraudulent means.
- Software Use: Using automated betting software or bots.
- Money Laundering: Attempting to launder money from illegal sources through the platform.
- Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to the system or exploiting any vulnerability.
Consequences
Involvement in prohibited activities may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary.
10Responsible Gaming
Megaparis believes betting should be entertainment, not a burden. That's why we provide a range of responsible gambling tools:
- Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
- Bet Limit: Cap the total amount you can bet within a specified time period.
- Session Limit: Set a limit on how long you play in a single session.
- Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for anywhere from 1 day to 6 months.
- Reality Check: Receive periodic reminders showing how long you have been playing.

11Account Closure & Suspension Policy
Megaparis may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Providing false or incomplete information.
- Suspected fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Failure to complete KYC verification.
- Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
- At the user's own request.
You may request account closure at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before your account is closed.
12Changes & Updates to Terms
Megaparis reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
Continued use of the platform following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.

Terms & Conditions – Frequently Asked Questions
Technically, yes — but by clicking the registration button, you are deemed to have accepted the Terms & Conditions. You will not be able to claim you were unaware of them later. We strongly recommend reading them beforehand.
If wagering requirements are not met within the validity period, the bonus balance will be automatically forfeited — including any winnings earned from that bonus before the requirements were completed. We recommend fulfilling wagering requirements promptly after receiving a bonus.
